
FORGIVENESS. its very subjective. this process happens any time, in any part of the
world and to anyone. according to mr. Wiki Pedia, forgiveness is typically defined as the process of concluding resentment, indignation or anger as a result of a perceived offense, difference or mistake.
in my understanding, i would say forgiveness occurs whenever anyone ask for apology from another party due to any mistake or offense he/she did and that other party eventually forgives that person.
Still, often happen situations where we can actually forgive, but we find it very hard to forget what the other person has done to us because it hurts so much. that is why, i have always agree that the great one in this forgiveness process is the one who can forgive and forget at the same time.
However we should also look up to the people who are dare and brave enough to admit their mistake and ask for forgiveness. it is because not much people are willing to do that because we human beings have always been infected by a virus called EGO that often stops us from admitting our mistake.
We should also have a high respect for the one who is willing to forgives sincerely with all their heart because it shows that they have a noble and big heart.
regardless the action we take no matter asking for forgiveness or hope to be forgiven by someone.. in the end, its we ourselves will be questioned about the action that we took today. to forgive but cannot forget means cannot let go. And so can lead to bearing a grudge towards someone who already seek for forgiveness.

that is also the reason when it comes to forgiveness issue, the most important part is that we have a sincere intention to ask for forgiveness and to forgive, because forgiveness is not something we do for others. we do it for ourselves, its for us to get well and to move on.
